HADLOCK DAYS

PORT HADLOCK, WASHINGTON

Come join us for our annual Hadlock Days Event, located on the breathtaking Olympic Peninsula. On Friday July 11, experience a Salmon Bake with all the trimmings, from 4 pm to 8 pm. This scrumptious meal is prepared by Chef George from the Inn at Port Hadlock, which overlooks the Port Hadlock Marina. There will be live music for your entertainment.

Saturday July 12, starts out with a 7:30 am pancake breakfast at the Kivley Center. At 8 am various food and shop vendors along with community programs, will welcome you. At 11 am please relax and enjoy our parade with royalty, floats, citizens of the year, classic cars and more! The kids can get involved in “kids races” behind the Kivley Center at 12:30 pm.

Then hold on tight for you are going to experience the crowd favorite, Lawnmower Races! This fast paced sport is taking this state by a storm. You will not want to leave your seat! Races begin at 2 pm on Saturday and at 11 am on Sunday. The gals race in the powder puffs! Live music from "Spin Cycle" on Saturday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Sunday begins with a pancake breakfast , again at 7:30 am, various vendors at 8 am and the Lawnmower Races at 11 am. The Classic Car Show, located at Ferino’s Pizzeria—846 Nesses Corner Road. in Port Hadlock, begins at 12 pm—3 pm. Judging is by our Royal Court. They will have live music for your entertainment and a barbecue for your taste buds!

Hay rides on Saturday and Sunday are free to the public.

If you are interested in setting up a booth, there are still spots available for vendors.

This event is sponsored and supported by community businesses, as well as the East Jefferson County Rotary Club, Kiwanis and the Rakers Car Club.
